What an amazing experience we had with this company. We dealt with William who was amazing, responsive, professional, honest and kind. We have used Executive Branch twice now - and each time we get ABOVE AND BEYOND service. They needed to get onto the neighbors grass to trim a tree.... they talked to them and even trimmed up their tree while they were there. Multiple times - kindness to all neighbors in the community. When we found a stump that wasn't ground down enough, they came right back out to take care of it. No questions no problem. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Use this company, you won't regret it! In one word-amazing! I have dealt with a few tree companies in the past and I have found one to stick with. From the time I contacted Josh, the level of service has been incredible. Not only did they do a fantastic job removing a large diseased oak tree, they cleaned up the site several times during the removal and kept me up to date throughout the process. EB Trees removed an enormous laurel oak that'd grown into the fence and ruled hazardous by the City. They were very courteous & professional from start to finish. EB verified both its current liability and workers comp coverage, started work on time, and carefully cut the tree in sections to not damage any other property. So I have this tree which I call the devil tree. I tried maintaining it but it got to be too much. It was time for a pro. So I called Josh. He came out the next day and took care of it. Made it look great and cleaned everything up like he wasn’t even there besides the tree looking awesome. And the price was great to so when it needs trimmed again I’ll be calling Josh again. These guys were in my neighborhood the day after hurricane Ian. Rather than try to price gouge, they gave me excellent pricing on having a few trees removed. It was a huge relief to be able to have the work I urgently needed done at a more than fair price. As for the quality of the work, they had to work around a new roof, a septic tank and my fence and they finished the job with zero damage. They were here when they said they would be and did everything they said they would do. They left my yard cleaner than it was when they started. The crew was professional and efficient. Had a 28” oak fall in my backyard during Hurricane Ian. Called these guys and they made themselves available before other companies even had us a quote! They made quick work of the tree and stump and cleaned up after themselves, leaving my property looking better than it was before they came. Executive Branch LLC did a fabulous job for our community. When William inspected the trees, he saw a few concerning trees. Some dead limbs happened to be at the top of this particular cluster. These trees were very close to a much larger healthier tree. It rose immediate concerns that the trees were actually competing for light. The Board decided to remove this cluster of 5 small oaks as well as a few others that posed a threat. And we are so happy we did! After they were removed, they discovered that sadly, the trees were rotting from the inside out, and they were absolutely competing for not only light but life! I’ve attached photos so you can see how bad this rotting really was. We are so thankful to work with such a knowledgeable arborist, they really know their industry. Highly recommend. It took a few days because they were very busy right before the hurricane but was able to come out the day of. They did an amazing job for both us and our neighbor. They cut down branches that were too close to the power line that the electric company's people would not get.
